EasyLife, DSI Finalize Multi-year Contract
 DSI and EasyLife recently announced a multi-year extension to their contract. EasyLife is one of DSI’s major clients, with a base of sixteen trucks. Account Manager Julie Tautolo and her staff provide on-site support for the operation.
EasyLife Operations Manager James Su stresses that good communication is the key to a relationship that benefits both companies.
“Working with DSI, we have recently added an automated routing system
integrated with customer calling software. This new technology allows us to
eliminate last minute scheduling, which streamlines operations,” he added.
About 90 people, including contractors, staff, and management from both companies, participated in an on-site BBQ to celebrate the event.
