“Easier” for EasyLife Furniture
 I’d
like to take this opportunity to officially welcome our newest client,
EasyLife Furniture, headquartered in La Mirada, California. In 1996,
EasyLife opened shop with one modest showroom on Furniture Row in
Laguna Hills. Since then, they have expanded to twelve locations
throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties, and are planning to
open several additional stores during the next few years.
The vision, experience and leadership of CEO Robert Hsieh and President
Jimmy Hsieh has enabled EasyLife to quickly become a major player
in the Southern California home furnishings marketplace. A merchandising
strategy wherein complete rooms of brand name furniture are priced
in groups results in substantial savings for their customers.
DSI Account Executive Elia Arias, supported by her dedicated staff
and contractor delivery teams, is doing “Whatever it Takes”
to provide EasyLife and its customers with a professional delivery
service. Her goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and according to
Jimmy Hsieh, “your staff is doing a terrific job. Our customer
complaints have been virtually eliminated. Working with DSI has
freed us up to focus on increasing sales and expanding our store
network.”
